I am a body-oriented therapist and mindset coach whose passion is to support people to access their full life force, juice, joy, love, embodiment, power and sovereignty. I have worked with bioenergetics/breathwork, shamanism, tantra, osho-therapies, coaching, mindset, Nonviolent Communication and IFS with groups, couples and individuals around the world for 20 years.
