🌟 What to Bring: Bring anything that makes you feel cozy and supported—yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or anything that allows you to rest deeply in this cosmic adventure.
⏰ Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to settle into your space and get comfortable. We begin promptly. Latecomers after 10 minutes will not be allowed in to preserve the sacred energy.
💫 Contraindications: Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions (such as aneurysms, high blood pressure, or mental health conditions like PTSD or bipolar disorder). Please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Asthma is not a contraindication, but be sure to bring your inhaler if needed.
