About this Event
Our experience begins with a short Cacao ceremony as we enjoy the singing and Violin from the talented: The Love Faery. Then, we will go on a 20 to 30 mins silent hike. Once we are within nature, we will settle, enjoy, and get ready to start a Conscious Breathing practice in which we will go over a diverse set of practices and tools that you could utilize in your everyday life to reduce levels of stress or even to boost your energy in the most efficient way.
Some of the practices will include gentle moves to help connect the breath with your body movement, strengthen the mind body connection, and naturally create a more relaxed state of being.
We will start promptly at 9 am. We recommend you get there at 8:45 am to have enough time to set up and we should be complete by 12 pm.
All our practices will be accompanied with acoustic live music.
Just need to bring a yoga mat, water and that is it. (if don't have a Yoga mat, let me know, I have spare)
Address and exact location will be provided upon registration. 10 Minutes away from downtown.
