Meghan will explain the technique and then lead you through the active breathing part (thereโs a little bit of work in BreathWORK). This part has a spin class vibe to it with powerful music. Then you will experience a massive heart opening visualization to help you ground, integrate, rest, and heal with the sacred sound instruments.
Details:
๐Drink plenty of water
๐Wear comfy clothes (dress in layers, some people get hot/cold during the active breathing)
๐Bring whatever youโd like for maximum comfort lying down for an hour (yoga mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye mask)
