Breathwork for Self Discoverywith Callie David

Breathwork is an acceleration of the self-discovery process through an exploration and practice of the breath.
Disconnecting from the mind entirely, the breath goes deep into your cells, saturating the body with oxygen. During this process, the breath rewires the brain by creating new neural pathways. Breathwork is a completely safe, natural healing tool that perfectly complements any other healing or therapies you may be doing.

In this workshop:
We will begin with a discussion to help frame our work together, set any intentions, and learn the three-part pranayama breathwork pattern. Then you will lie down and be guided through the active breathwork practice. Music, incense and healing touch (upon consent) is integrated into this experience.
Please bring a yoga mat, eye cover, blanket, and anything else you need to create a comfortable nest.
Callie is a marriage and family therapist, holistic coach, and breathwork guide. For the last decade, she has been working in the health field. She has worked with a wide variety of populations by taking a trauma-informed somatic approach.
Callie brings her big heart and joy to the table as those can be some of the purest and most healing energies needed. She holds a safe, non-judgmental space as she uses natural tools to encourage the movement and release of energy.
