This Somatic Breathwork Journey will focus on reconnecting with your body’s innate intelligence and your true essence for deeper clarity, release, and alignment. Come as you are. This is a beginner friendly workshop.What participants are encouraged to bring and wear for the workshop:
- Water
- Journal and pen
- Comfortable, breathable clothing
- Yoga mat (yoga mats are available if you need one)
- Eye mask if desired
- To best support your experience, it is recommended to refrain from eating a heavy meal within 1–2 hours before the session.
Danielle Butler is a certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator devoted to guiding others through deep, embodied healing. Her practice weaves together somatic awareness, nervous system attunement, and intuitive guidance to help you return home to yourself. She’s deeply honored to hold space for the community and walk alongside others on their healing journeys.
All participants will be sent an additional waiver to sign prior to the session.
