In this workshop, we will go on an immersive journey inward through our breath. We will be incorporating many different styles of breathing with different musical styles, which will be sure to provide a profound experience! Be prepared to experience transformation! I provide eye masks, so that you can be sure to have a fully immersed INSPERIENCE as well as EXPERIENCE!

How to prepare:

* Come in your jammies!!! Bring a pillow and/or blanket. The name of the game is COMFORT, COMFORT COMFORT!

* Water bottle

* Bring your yoga mat

* Journal (if you want)
