Join me for an Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Breakthrough Experience—a blend of gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and time for integration. Whether you're brand new to breathwork or returning to your practice, this space is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin by gently moving the body to release tension, ground into the present moment, and prepare for the breath. From there, you’ll be guided through a series of rhythmic breathing patterns to support emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and bring in a sense of clarity and peace.
We’ll close with stillness, reflection, and grounding—giving you space to absorb the experience and integrate.
