Are you new to Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release in a safe and supportive environment.
Through full rhythmic breathing, the conscious mind softens, allowing us to tune into our body wisdom to heal current stress, past wounds, and traumas.
Each experience we have in life is recorded in our body along with its breath pattern. When a memory is triggered, our body is going to breathe the same way. This unconscious breathing loops within us to create the old experience, over and over again - even when it no longer serves us.
By learning to consciously breathe, we’re able to insert our higher self into the loop and choose a fresh new experience.
Breathwork is an extremely powerful way to access our body’s innate intelligence to heal itself. When we practice breathwork we enter into a state of flow, and flow is the path for evolution and change. Flow is the undercurrent of life and this is where the magic of personal transformation truly happens.
