Join us for a relaxing Sunday of conscious breathing and deep meditation. This Breathwork experience, rooted in the ancient practice of Pranayama, is great for anyone ready to do real inner work. You’ll be guided to:

The session includes a sustained active breathing practice, followed by a period of deep rest and meditation.
