About this Event
Join Kerrin in this breathwork ceremony to welcome in the new year. This ceremony is not about setting a new years resolution - its about getting honest about what's holding you back & clearing the unecessary so we can attract more alignment and abundance in 2026.
Kerrin will be guiding an intuitive three-part breath. During the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to go inwards in a supportive and safe environment. Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, this event is open to all who are looking to deepen their practice and relationship to self.
Breathwork helps to regulate the nervous system, increases oxygenation to the body & tissues, promoting healing on a physical level, and allows you to drop into your subconscious mind to aid in mental & emotional healing.
Please bring a journal & pen, water, eye mask (optional), and any other comfort items for your journey (pillow, blanket, crystals, etc).
About Kerrin:
Kerrin has been practicing holding safe space for healing in the realm of nursing for the last 11 years. She has her 200hr RYT. The past few years, she has undergone a spiritual awakening- waking up dormant psychic gifts that include claircognizance, clairvoyance, premonitions, and much more. She was introduced to breathwork in early 2024 and was shocked to see how deep the healing with breathwork took her- far deeper than years of therapy. It is part of her life purpose to share breathwork with others, and to hold space for people to heal, traverse realms, and rememeber who they are, and why they are here on Earth right now.
