Grades 7 to 9 can be a tough season.Friendships shift, emotions run high, and pressure around fitting in, comparison, gossip, and social dynamics can feel intense - even for confident kids.
This session gives teens practical, real-world tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and respond to challenging social situations with more confidence and clarity.
Through guided breathwork, movement, and age-appropriate discussion, participants will learn how to:
✨ Calm their nervous system when feeling overwhelmed or anxious
✨ Respond to gossip, exclusion, or peer pressure without reacting impulsively
✨ Set healthy boundaries and back themselves in social situations
✨ Break patterns of comparison and self-doubt
✨ Build inner confidence that isn’t dependent on others’ opinions
This is a safe, non-judgemental space - there’s no pressure to share personal stories, no calling anyone out, and no “lecturing.” The focus is on skills, awareness, and self-regulation they can use at school, in friendships, and at home.
