Breathwork, Balance, and Flexibility uses your body's natural resistance, dynamic tension, to tone and strengthen your muscles without the high impact of a traditional workout, with 3 sets of exercises. Each session starts with a warm up stretch and 20-second breathing, a practice to expand lung capacity and calm the body in slow increments, resulting in single breath as a continuous 20 second experience.
