Breathwork at the Greenhouse

Let go of what no longer serves you, that stress, that pit you feel within your your body is screaming to be heard, seen, and felt. This is that space. This is a safe space to take up the space that you need. This is that space where you come in as strangers and leave with a connection with other like-minded individuals.

What you will need & How to prepare:

• Yoga mat (limited available on-site)
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Blindfold/Eye covering
• Water Bottle & Journal
• Due to the everchanging Colorado weather, suggested to dress in layers.

Important:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to check-in and set up. Class will start on time.
• Must be 18+ years old
• Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
• No alcohol in past 24 hours
• Not recommended to those pregnant or breastfeeding
