What you will need & How to prepare:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Blindfold/Eye covering
• Water Bottle & Journal
• Due to the summer weather, suggested to dress light or in layers.

Important:

• Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to check-in and set up. Class will start on time.
• Must be 18+ years old
• Avoid eating 30 minutes prior
• No alcohol in past 24 hours
• Not recommended to those pregnant or breastfeeding
• THIS EVENT DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY PSYCHEDELIC SUBSTANCES

Event will be facilitated by Mitzi Kincade who is the owner of Soulfulness Breath. She is a trained Breathwork facilitator and Reiki Practitioner.
