Breathwork at the Beach
Enter through the Joline Avenue beach gates in Long Branch, NJ and park in the lot. Walk toward the bathroom entrance, then continue through the small dune path that leads onto the sand. Once you’re on the sand, make a left—you’ll see a small shed, and just past it, you’ll find us gathered in a healing circle.
This culturally-rooted healing experience is led by instructors who see you, hear you, and are you. Together we’ll journey through:
- Grounding breathwork
- Live drumming
- Restorative meditation
- Empowering affirmations
- And the natural rhythm of the ocean waves
✨ Please bring a yoga mat or blanket (it may get cooler in the evening), and feel free to bring any journaling materials or items that support your personal healing.
