Hello friends, my name is Tim King and I've been gathering and teaching techniques for dealing with stress & anxiety for 28 years. In that time I've learned what worked for me, and many of my clients, and what didn't. I've been involved with Soulful Sanctuary for about six months and I thought it's time I held a workshop! About the Facilitator
Tim started his healing journey in 1997 in a meditation class at the Berkeley Psychic Institute. During his eight year tenure at BPI he served as a meditation teacher, staff member, licensed minister, and director. He has extensive training in the treatment of trauma, including Breathwork, Neuro Linguistic Programing, Somatics, Family Constellation Work, Tapping, Trauma Release Exercise, Matrix Energetics, and Hypnotherapy. He's worked in Violence Prevention (in the SF Sheriff’s office), and with Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse. After almost 30 years of working with thousands of people, he has witnessed what works and doesn't work-- both in his life and those of his clients. In that time he's learned how to help people change their minds & their lives. Tim knows despair, he knows hope, and he’s very excited to continue to share what he has learned.
