About this Event
Come and experience a journey to relinquish old stagnant energy and trauma patterns through the power of Spinal Energetics and Breathwork, followed by a deep immersion of Meditation & Sound Bath Healing. This will all be conducted at Torus Fitness in Hallam.
Connect with your breath and go deep into the subconscious mind where you will connect to the body's innate intelligence to unwind its old emotional patterns. Releasing the past allows you to move forward in life, leaving behind the old you. In this event you will experience a deep release of emotions, only to leave with ultimate clarity. You will walk away feeling lighter, exhilarated and buzzing with positive energy as you have realigned your mind body and soul. Your new-found frequency sets a vibration that distinguishes the path of enrichment.
With a wealth of experience in holistic health, joining us will be Dr. Brendan Rose (Intuitive Osteopath/ Spinal Energetics/Reiki Master/Breath Work Facilitator) and Michelle Duznovic (Reiki Master/Medical Intuitive/Light Language & Medium).
The first half of the session will feature Breathwork and Spinal Energetics which will go for approximately 45 mins. Come with an open mind and delve into the subconscious healing experience of these two modalities.
Finally, the second half will feature 30 minutes of Meditation tools for inner welbeing & Sound Healing to bless your newfound frequency through the power of sound vibration, while you bask in the energy of coherent frequency .
Following the ceremony, we will leave some time for sharing your experiences for those who wish to talk and ask any questions that may have come up.

**DIRECTIONS**
This place is tucked away opposite to the Enterprise Cafe, its a brand new pilates studio and will be located on your left hand side as you turn left onto Intrepid street. Parking will be available on Intrepid street or in the Myomax Berwick car park.
**IMPORTANT MESSAGE**
Please bring a yoga mat, eye mask, and blanket. Drink plenty of water prior to and after the session as well as timing meals no more than 2 hours before the session. Extra blankets on the day is recomended as we head into the colder seasons.
Please plan to arrive 15 mins prior to scheduled time as we plan to start the session at 1pm
