With decades of musical experience and a passion for healing, Jeremy’s unique approach will guide you through emotional blockages, dismantle limiting beliefs, and create space for inner peace.
In this Breathwork + Sound Healing Mini-Workshop you will learn to use Conscious Connected 3-part Breathwork to up-regulate the nervous system and release stuck energy. This is followed by a calming soundbath and sharing circle to down-regulate and co-regulate.
Whether you're seeking relaxation or profound energetic shifts, this session is for you. Let your breath and the healing sounds guide you toward renewal, growth, and balance.
