Join Darren Obong and Juliet Pham for an expansive and deeply restorative experience designed to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been stuck, stagnant, or blocked amidst the pace of everyday life.
Through active breathwork, we will guide you in clearing the nervous system and shifting the body out of a state of fight or flight into one of deep awareness and parasympathetic calm. You’ll be supported through guided meditation, somatic practices, and energy-clearing techniques that create space for presence, healing, and reconnection with your inner landscape.
We’ll complete our time together with a long, immersive Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath, allowing the vibrations and harmonics to integrate the breathwork journey on a cellular level — leaving you grounded, balanced, and attuned to your fullest self.

Darren Obong
Darren is a space holder and embodiment teacher who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
Juliet Pham
Juliet is a somatic guide, sound practitioner, mindful movement teacher, and meditation facilitator, dedicated to helping others reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and the stillness of their inner world. Through a blend of somatic bodywork, sound healing, breath, and meditative practices, Juliet creates spaces where the nervous system can soften, the body can release, and the mind can settle into presence. Her approach bridges the subtle connection between body and spirit, grounding expansive awareness into felt experience.
