About this Event
Join us for a 90-minute live experience of breathwork and a sound bath where we will guide you in some deep, rythymic breathing excercises that will help you connect to the answers within and receive your own inner guidance. We will wind down with a relaxing sound bath to integrate the experience and engage in group sharing at the end.
While the class is free, we welcome and appreciate any donations to help us continue offering these classes to the community.
Recommended Items To Bring:
- Comfortable Attire
- Yoga Mat (to lie down)
- Bolster or Pillow
- Blanket (if you run cold)
- Eye Mask
- Water Bottle
Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.
This event is not recommended for people during pregnancy or for individuals with a personal history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular disease, emphysema, angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, muscular schlerosis or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness .
This event is also not suitable for individuals with a personal history of severe mental illness, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, substance addiction without first consulting and receiving written clearance from your Dr.
Where to Park:
Please park along the street on Pebble Road outside of Loft5. You will then need to walk to the Security Gate to check in. Please bring your ID and let Security know that you are here for the Breathwork Event in the yoga room. Refer to the Loft5 Site Map to locate the yoga room.
