This is a 1.5 hour class includes 10 minute introduction to Breathwork and its powerful benefits, followed by 50 minutes of a deep inner exploration breathwork practise while your brain harmonizes & balances in the surrounding binaural entrainment healing music. Once you’re soaking in your zen state, Gentle Touch Reiki Healing with essential oils cradles your body, mind and spirit for deep grounding and ultimate balancing.
When you are ready to return back to the room, you have some time to reflect, journal or chat over a delicious Roasted Dandelion Root herbal tea.
