ABOUT YOUR FACILATOR:

Alex Borthwick isn't just a facilitator; she's a healer and a guide. Her own journey of self-discovery started back in 2020 when she stumbled upon breathwork while living on the Gold Coast. It wasn't long before she sensed the remarkable transformation taking place within her. Since then, she's taken her passion to the next level, becoming a Level 2 Facilitator and guiding hundreds through their own ever changing journey. Her unique blend of business savvy and holistic techniques, allow her to offer an experience that's as enriching as it is transformative. When you're with Alex, you're not just another attendee—you're a part of a greater quest for inner peace.
