Breathwork & Expressive Arts Womens' Circle

Together, we will journey into our subconscious to connect with our hearts and release through authentic self-expression. This workshop is for those who want to move unprocessed emotions and stagnant energies. Prepare to feel, flow, and unfold.

Disclaimer: Please note this workshop is highly somatic. While breathwork can lead us to push ourselves into places of discomfort as a form of growth, we do ask that you are aware of how far you’re looking to challenge yourself. There will be integration during the expressive arts portion and we will be in the space 30 minutes afterwards in case more time is needed to land safely in our bodies. Also, because of the depth of the workshop, creating safety and containment within the group is important and that means committing to the full time allotted

There will be snacks and light refreshments offered during the workshop.

• Transportation: There is paid parking at international village. As a note, street parking only accommodates up to 2 hours. Bus lines that are close to the venue include: 022, 009, 019, 008. It's a 10-15 min. walk from Waterfront station and Expo line-Stadium Chinatown station.
