Breathe deeply unwind and unleash your creativity as you experience the calming, and rejuvenating benefits of breath work, and craft your very own Zen candle to take home.
Kathy Smith will be the Breath Work Facilitator for the evening. Kathy is passionate about learning and sharing different tools to enhance lives. She has been in the holistic health field for over 20 years.
Candle Making will be led by The Paint Box Studio, your local Mobile Paint & Craft Party Studio!
