About this Event
High blood pressure is often treated as a numbers problem — but in reality, it’s closely linked to how we live, how stressed we feel, and how our nervous system responds to everyday demands.
This workshop has been created to explore that connection in a calm, practical and supportive way.
Led by Thomas Hague (The Breath Coach) and Dr Sam Jenner from Senescence Health, this morning session brings together breathwork expertise and medical insight to help you better understand your blood pressure and what you can actively do to support it.
You’ll learn how breathing patterns influence the nervous system, stress response and cardiovascular health, and why calming the body can have a meaningful impact on blood pressure over time. The session includes clear explanations, blood pressure context, and guided breathing practices that are gentle, accessible and easy to use in everyday life.
This is not about extremes, quick fixes or replacing medical care. It’s about giving you understanding, clarity and practical tools you can take away and use with confidence.
Whether you’re managing high or borderline blood pressure, feeling persistently stressed, or simply curious about a more holistic and informed approach to your health, this workshop offers a supportive space to pause, learn and reset.
Join us for a thoughtful morning focused on calm, control and long-term wellbeing.
