We are all artists at heart, and this class serves as a gentle reminder while bringing Creativity and Flow into Your life. It guides You on a transformative journey, allowing You to find peace through Beats and Breathing Techniques.

Sebastiaan invites You to take Your time and come along Your own journey, which is waiting right inside of You. We’ll move and breathe, we’ll practice Asana [a dynamic flow of yoga poses] and sprinkle in some Kundalini Bliss [a combination of different breathwork, Reiki, Kriya practices] to invite the light, to refresh and to connect to our divine creative self. We'll move and break Free.
