Every month we invite you to let go and to transform. Whether we are ready to explore our own innermost healing from our childhood, our genetics, or our past lives, we get to experience the magic and release of that healing once we integrate what we've learned.
Each of our experiences is learned through our physical bodies, our minds, our hearts and our spirits. Our breath is the guide that leads you to release the obstacles that have prevented you from living life from your highest potential.
Through Shamanic Breathwork you will allow the body to release what may be held within your cells-conscious or unconscious. In order to integrate what is unveiled and released through the breathwork, you will embark on a sound journey to unite the mind, body and spirit as one, readying you to step into your highest self.
This workshop will be hosted in the serene Redland of South Miami Dade in a private home. Come comfortable and dressed in light colors. You'll receive an email with address and details the week before the event.

More abour Patty:
Patty Fuenzalida is the founder of Coral Gables Hypnosis in Miami. Before beginning her work as a coach and entrepreneur, Patty served as a sales leader for various US corporations. She spent 15 years training and leading sales professionals to create the results they want. Her commitment to empowering others led her to become a consulting hypnotist, where she has worked for the past twelve years. Along with her background in psychology, she is also a certified Unitarian Reiki practitioner and Master-level NLP practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), both or which she applies in her professional practice.
In her role as a hypnotist and coach, Patty has worked with hundreds of clients to overcome challenges ranging from anxiety and nervousness to sexual trauma and abuse. In her years of practice, she has found a consistent link between how her clients use language to speak to themselves and in their lives and the results they manifest in their daily lives and relationships
