Julie King is a master teacher Usui Reiki and is a professional breathwork facilitator. She has travelled the world and taught workshops in Bali-Ubud, Turkey-Antalya, Mexico-Cabo and around the US. Recently she facilitated at the Fireflies forest festival in Homestead FL. Julie is known for her angelic voice and for her ability to help one to transcend to higher vibration.
In the 2 hour workshop Julie will lead you into grounding your body through guided meditation connecting to Mother Earth. While you relax to the soothing sounds of Tibetan bowls and mantra singing you will work on clearing blockage from your chakra system with your breath.
With your breath you will be able to release any financial fears, release any stagnant energies that may be holding you back from living a fulfilled life.
Trans Breath™ technique enables you to connect to your Divinity and peace. Deep connected breath consists of engaging the solar plexus and the heart center. Igniting the pranayama and spreading it’s potent medicine through every cell of your being. Elevating frequency, clearing stagnant energy, and expanding consciousness.
