Beautifully and lovingly facilitated by Maryann Schumacher (https://www.maryannschumacher.com), this event is restricted to participants who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Maximum 10 participants. Donation request is $60.This type of conscious breathing, called Rebirthing, is a deeply powerful and gently blissful process of opening our heart body and energy field. We dissolve physical and mental tensions as we breathe and create cellular cleansing. This experience gives us a more loving, compassionate and intimate connection with ourselves, as we say, “Yes,” to all of who we are.
We will start off by creating a safe container for our group with a soundbowl meditation. Then we will take some time to give each person the opportunity to share from the heart. After a short break, we will be instructed on the conscious connected breathing technique, and each person will lie on their mat and breathe, using this technique, for about an hour, while Maryann gives healing sound with her crystal bowls and her voice. We will then take a short break and enjoy snacks before returning to our circle for sharing and integrating experiences.
The workshop will be kept small; maximum 10 participants, all of whom must be fully vaccinated. No experience required.
