Join me for a special evening of breathwork and shamanic meditation. As a group, we will create an intention for connecting more deeply to ourselves and to our hidden gift within our highest potential that is calling to be brought into the world.A shamanic journey is what happens when meditation meets storytelling. Through tapping into different brainwave states through guided relaxation, the journeyer is brought into a storyboard of meeting different characters, archetypes or symbols. The nuggets of information perceived during the journey offers valuable insights and avenues of overcoming mental, emotional and spiritual roadblocks.
Throughout the journey we will use the power of the breath to create an expansive field of awareness so that we may shift the mind, body, emotions, and the soul to that of which is in fullest alignment of who we are becoming.
The style of breathwork prior to the journey will be a combination of yogic pranayama and kundalini bioenergetic, allowing you to release any blocks so you can drop into a relaxed, dreamlike state of being. Rebirthing breathwork (yin breathwork) will be practiced during the duration of your journey. This style of breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing deep relaxation and blocks to be released or cleared. The calming effects on your nervous system will last beyond the journey.
The journey will also include sound such as crystal quartz sound bowls, koshi chimes, rain sticks and drums.
Most importantly, simply know and trust that you are the driver of your experience. All you need to do is remain open, and trust in whatever comes through for you.

About your facilitator:
Lindsay holds 300+hrs Yoga Teacher Training. She also holds 100hrs in Breathwork and Shamanic meditation teacher training from Johnson Chong, a Shaman, and is certified in Level 1, Level 2 and Master Reiki and is also certified in Crystal Healing. She is a certified sound practitioner and is the certified educator & stockist for Rainbow Sounds. She has also completed her tuning fork training with the Sound Healing Academey. She also completed her training in Yin Breathwork (Rebirthing Breathwork) with Suntara in Bali in 2023. She is passionate about mother nature and the power of breath / sound / energy healing.
