Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Lewes Subud Centre. This event is all about connecting with your breath and practicing mindfulness in a supportive community setting. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to attend.
During this event, you'll have the opportunity to explore the unique breathing technique called Holotropic Breathwork, learn how to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life, and connect with like-minded individuals. It's a great way to de-stress, relax, and recharge your mind and body.

Do you sometimes feel anxiety, sadness or concern for what is happening in the world? Is it impacting your mood? Do you feel that the future can look bleak. .
This is a one day chance to connect to the group and to your self in a deeper way and maybe find a path through. You will have an opportunity to turn inwards in order to feel and reflect about what’s really going on.
Imelda and Sarah invite you to a one day retreat where we connect as a group and give ourselves the time, space and permission to attend to our Deeper Truths.
We believe that everyone has an innate wisdom which can speak softly but guides us immaculately. We believe that we can hold a safe space for you to escape from the noisy outside world and hear the whispers of your inside truths.
By coming together in circle in a heartfelt way we can feel less lost, disconnected or separate. The tension and charge of life relaxes for a moment.
We can all connect to a more resonant and calm nervous system. Together we can choose if we want to be seen and held and witnessed. The coming together of like minded souls feels restorative and nurturing and healing. Please gift yourself this day if your intuition is feeling it.
