Instructions for the session:


  1. Wear light comfortable yoga kind of clothes
  2. Bring Swimsuit and towel for dipping.
  3. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not please let me know.
  4. Don’t eat too heavy prior to the session - give a few hours space.
