Join us for the LAST Breathwork & Brunch in Austin before Alison moves to Colorado.
This event has truly been one of the highlights of living in Austin. I absolutely love hosting people in my home, and creating a welcoming environment for you to come do the healing work. I am going to miss these events and the community they have created.
About this Event:
This event came to being when I realized that there was something missing about the traditional group breathwork session: CONNECTION. People would attend a breathwork session and then leave, returning to their normal routine, with no time for integration and authentic connection. What better way to create authentic connections than sharing a meal together!? Plus who isn't hungry after an hour of intense breathing??
This in-person event will take place at my home in southeast Austin. Immerse yourself in the power of breath as I guide you through a Somatic breathwork session followed by a sound bath. Afterward, we will come together to connect over a delicious, all-organic, homemade brunch. While brunch is being prepared, you will have the opportunity to get into the cold plunge. Connect with like-minded individuals and leave feeling refreshed, nourished, and ready to take on the day.
Your ticket also includes an optional psilocybin microdose.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket/pillow (if desired)
- Water
- Bathing suit & towel (if you would like to cold plunge)
**Please arrive at 8:45 as we will start the breathwork promptly at 9am. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join**
