A 4-day Breathwork Intensive to deepen their experience with breathwork, understand the physiological, emotional, and spiritual connection to breath, how to apply breathwork facilitation as practitioners. We will go deep into self reflection, self regulation, and how to help others find their breath, find peace, and eliminate limiting beliefs and toxic behaviors. This training is based on yogic breathwork, is designed for both students and teachers, and includes breath application to support the recovery community.

John Beck
A local San Diego Yoga instructor, Breath facilitator, sound therapist, hand balancer and handstand instructor, Acro performer, fire perform, aerial straps performer, meditator and best friend to many amazing souls. I studied breath, sound healing and Hatha yoga/ashtanga in Rishikesh, India, studied breath under micheal Brian baker at the breath center in LA where I completed my level 1 & 2 breath facilitating training . Studied Buddhism in Guadalajara, Mexico, in Ko Samui, Thailand and Nepal working on compassion and Loving kindness. I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years I have a 500 hr Hatha, and 200 hr vinyasa certification, level 1-2 breath facilitator training certification, conducting sound baths and sound meditation workshops and Breathwork workshops 9 years.
YOGA STUDIO & CENTER:
Trilogy is located in the heart of San Diego in downtown La Jolla which includes: a rooftop yoga studio {Sky Deck}, 1,800 square foot of indoor space with a state-of-the-art infrared yoga room {Moon Room}, larger studio with ocean views [Earth Room}, an outdoor/ indoor yoga studio {The Dome}, private showers, multiple restrooms and many more yoga amenities!
