- Location: Kansas School for Classical Ballet
7330 W 80th St, Overland Park, KS 66204 - Doors Open: 5:30 PM
- Event Begins: 6:00 PM sharp
- Parking: Please park in the north lot and enter through the north door.
What to Bring
ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE PROVIDED WI-FI HEADSETS AND EYE-MASK
YIP: NOTICE TO VIP.... We have you covered!!! You will have a space already prepared for you that has a yoga mat, bolster, blanket and pillow. Please bring water and journal (optional)
General Admission: To ensure your comfort during this immersive 9D Breathwork Experience General Admission Ticket holders need to bring the following to the experience, please bring:**
- Yoga mat
- A blanket
- A bolster or pillow
- A bottle of water
- Journal
What to Expect
9D Breathwork is not your ordinary breathwork experience. It is the cutting edge of holistic wellness, where state-of-the-art technology meets the ancient wisdom of breathwork. During the session, you'll wear Wi-Fi HiDef headsets (PROVIDED) designed to fully immerse you in a multidimensional soundscape that includes:
- Binaural beats

- 432 Hz frequencies

- Subliminal subconscious reprogramming
- Guided vocal coaching
