Breathe Release Flow
What becomes possible when you allow your breath to lead you back into your body?
Breathe Release Flow is a sacred somatic healing class for women to slow down, release what’s been held, and reconnect with themselves through intentional breath and movement. We begin by grounding into the root chakra with nurturing breathwork to cultivate safety, stability, and presence. From this rooted place, we awaken the sacral chakra through somatic stretching and sensual dance—inviting fluidity, creativity, and embodied feminine energy to move naturally.
This class is where the sacred meets the sensual. A gentle, ceremonial space to honor your body’s wisdom, release stored tension, and move in rhythm with yourself—without performance, pressure, or expectation.
