Ancient Eastern traditions of breathwork produce specific results in the physical body. By breathing into the parts of you that have been sitting dormant, you awaken to your greater self with ease.
You will open to the vibrational frequencies of healing and creativity within each chakra and integrate those frequencies into your body and mind at the cellular level. Specific ways of breathing activate each of your chakras individually, and bring their circuitry online in a targeted and proactive way.
Chakras are aspects of consciousness, and breathing through your chakras will increase energy flow and awaken:

NATASHA DAVIDSON is a B.E.S.T. Practitioner. Following the pull to live a more heart-rooted life, Natasha left the financial corporate world to pursue her passion for health and nutrition. This led her to a whole new life where she facilitates self-healing and teaches about the importance of the energy language that the body is trying to reveal. Through a gentle healing science called BioEnergetic Synchronization Technique (B.E.S.T.), Natasha is able to help others with their mental, emotional, and physical health by removing subconscious interference that’s keeping the body from healing. B.E.S.T. re-establishes the full healing potential of the body. Natasha works individually with clients as a B.E.S.T. practitioner, as well as in a group setting, teaching workshops on embodiment and empowerment. Natasha delights in being of service to humanity, helping guide others back to alignment with their true nature.
