How you breathe is intimately connected to the health of your pelvic floor, core and nervous system. This makes your breath one of the most important tools for pregnancy and birth. However, many of the common prenatal breathing exercises found online don't teach proper breathing mechanics, which can leave you vulnerable to pelvic floor or core dysfunction.In this workshop, you will learn physiologic-based breathing practices to help you connect your breath with your diaphragm and pelvic floor and restore your nervous system balance. You will also experience a relaxing 30-minute guided breathwork journey to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling confident as you continue to use breathwork practices in your pregnancy and birth to induce relaxation and encourage a calm birth experience.
