BREATHING SPACEOur friendly low level exercise class is designed to help people having breathing difficulties through asthma, COPD and other lung conditions. Many of the exercises can be done sitting down. Afterwards we stay for tea/coffee, biscuits and a chat .
We meet in the hall at the back of Emmanuel Church, Laindon Road, Billericay on a Tuesday from 11.30 to 12.30. There is a free car park at the rear. Please just come along or call Honorie on 07944877011 if you’d like to make contact beforehand.
