These dysfunctions often manifest in symptoms ranging from mild discomfort to severe pain, and are frequently misunderstood and are unaddressed.
You will learn effective strategies for nurturing and maintaining optimal pelvic health and overall health.
Experience the benefits of practices such as movement, meditation and breathwork. This workshop ends with a sound bath - amplifying full body relaxation.
