Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature's rhythms and sounds. Guided by rhythmic breathwork and vivid visualizations, this journey will take you through serene forests, flowing rivers, and vast landscapes, reconnecting you with the harmony of the Earth.

"Nature's Symphony" invites you to breathe deeply, let go, and flow with the music of the natural world.

Join us for a sense of relaxation, clarity and renewal. No experience necessary – just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. 🌿

✹WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE PREPARED✹

• Comfy Clothes
• Yoga Mat (or something comfortable to lay on)
• Blanket
• Water
• Pen and journal (optional)
• Eye mask (optional)

PLEASE AVOID EATING 2HRS BEFORE THE EVENT. AN EARLY AND HEALTHY DINNER IS ENCOURAGED.

We'll have snacks available after the session to quell those post breathwork munchies!
