Co-hosted in the dojo with Maciej Szyszka, a breathwork specialist who’s worked with athletes across disciplines (BJJ, MMA and more). His methods focus on efficient breathing patterns, CO₂ tolerance, and adapting to changing intensity. This is applicable for recreational and competitive athletes alike.
