Utilize Breathing and Cold Exposure as a way to navigate the daily stressors of life.
In this workshop we will discuss how to create healthier relationships to stress through breathing, movement, and cold exposure. Create a more sustainable lifestyle with tools that are accessible and basic. Our focus:
- breathing mechanics
- toxic stress and eustress (bad stress vs. good stress)
- nervous system work
- breathing to access deeper states of calm
- breathing for performance
- guided breathing session
- ice bath for performance, recovery, and mental health
This workshop will be led by Avi Greenburg:
A multidisciplinary Wellness Coach and certified Level II Wim Hof instructor. Avi’s expansive knowledge has been crafted from having worked with modern breath-work greats like Kasper van Der Muelen, Brian Mackenzie, and Wim Hof himself. Over the past five years Avi has dedicated his time to coaching physicians, CEO’s, athletes, and professionals in high-stress, high-performance roles. During this time, he has developed his own method of bringing these individuals into deeply calming and restorative states through customized breathing protocols.
