I encourage you to trust yourself and I create an environment that helps you to feel comfortable and safe. There is no experience needed and you get to choose how deep you want to go.

A unique experience that gives you the opportunity to explore the power of the breath in a safe environment. This is a journey using the breath and music. Deep rhythmic breathing with awareness moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system creating an expanded state of consciousness. This experience creates undeniable changes in the body and mind. Intuitive rhythmic breathing with the ability to relax and let go can facilitate the body's natural capacity to heal itself. The experience can bring deep insights and clarity.

Breathwork can sometimes allow for unresolved memories and emotions to rise to the surface so they can processed with a new awareness. It’s like a reset for the nervous system. By the end of a practice, many people experience feelings of clarity and peace with a newfound sense of awareness. It can be very energizing and exhilarating while also leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Some experiences can be challenging and revealing. Each session will be different for each individual. Usually people find that they get the most benefit after trying this practice a few times allowing them to let go and trust the process a little more each time.

Bring comfortable clothes, water and a mat or blankets.. Some people like to use an eye mask as well. You will be lying down for an hour. Extra blankets are available if you need.

Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival. Try to be hydrated.

No recording during the actual breathing sessions. Taking photos before or after the session is fine but phones are silenced or off once the session begins.

These transformational breathwork experiences have similarities to holotropic breathwork, kundalini, somatic breathing, rebirthing, and pranayama . There is a unique blend of styles that I feel is most approachable and beneficial for people from all walks of life.
