Breathe: Yoga and Meditation in Nature
Join me for a balanced and grounding session of yoga and meditation at Four Corners Park.
We'll unwind and connect with nature as we stretch our bodies and calm our minds. This in-person class is the perfect way to start your day with positive energy and a calm mind.
No experience necessary! Consider bringing a yoga mat, blanket, water, and an open heart.
You can expect a short ~beginner friendly~ movement practice, followed by breathing exercises and guided meditation.
