About this Event
Join @anne.esperanzate and @heceliza_energyhealing on April 18th as we honor our connection to Mother Earth through the transformative powers of Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Reiki. (Beginners to any of these healing practices are welcome!)
In this sacred journey, we'll:
- Root ourselves through guided breathwork, allowing Mother Nature’s rhythms to flow through our bodies
- Surrender to the healing vibrations of a restorative sound bath
- Receive the gentle touch of Reiki energy, connecting us to Earth's natural healing frequencies
Through conscious breathing and sound, we'll explore what it means to be in harmony with our planet—both giving and receiving its nurturing energy.
