Take a moment for yourself and discover the power of breathwork in this Introduction to Breathwork workshop at Strong For Life.
Whether you're new to breathwork or have some experience, this session will guide you through simple, effective breathing techniques to help manage stress, enhance emotional well-being, and increase relaxation.
In this 2-hour session, you'll:
- Learn foundational breathing practices to use in your daily life for emotional balance and stress management.
- Experience a 30-minute guided breathwork journey to music, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and explore relaxation at a deeper level.
- Time to chat, share your experiences (if you want to) and connect with others over a cuppa and cake afterwards.
Bring your yoga mat, blanket, a notebook, and water, and give yourself the gift of 2 hours dedicated completely to YOU.
This workshop is open to everyone, no matter your level of experience.
