Imagine stepping into your weekend feeling calmer, more present and with a pint (or schooner or half!) of tasty local craft beer in your hand. Who says we can't have it all, eh!?
Join Jasmine Newsome for our monthly Yoga class in the Beak Taproom in Lewes with a free drink to follow plus 20% off any drinks after that for those who fancy a midday hang-out post-savasana.
The class will be an all-levels slow-flow, set to the pace of our breath to bring balance and calm. There will be both active and passive postures to give our bodies a mix of strengthening and softening to tonic the everyday patterns of tension and stress so many of us reside in.
In this class, you're invited to show up as you are and to let the practice meet you exactly where you're at! You can make things as mellow or as spicy as you fancy - Jasmine will guide you and give you options and adaptations to support you throughout.
Please remember to bring your Yoga mat, as we do not supply them, wear comfy clothes and bring an extra layer for savasana.
All proceeds to be donated to support families in Gaza.
