About this Event
Imagine stepping into your Bank Holiday weekend feeling calmer, more present and with a pint (or schooner or half!) of tasty local craft beer in your hand. Join Jasmine Newsome at Beak Brewery for a new monthly event; A Yoga class held in the Beak Brewery in Lewes with a discount on drinks for those who fancy a little midday hang out and chat after class over a schooner of IPA (or whatever takes your fancy).
The class will be an all-level slow-flow set to the pace of our breath to give us the lush feeling of flow and balance. There will be both active and passive postures to give our bodies a tonic of strengthening and softening. This will be set to a vibing playlist to underscore and support our practice and to help us drop into our bodies.
In this class, you're invited to show up as you are and to let the practice meet you exactly where you're at! You can make things as mellow or as spicy as you fancy - Jasmine will guide you and give you options and adaptations to support you throughout.
Please remember to bring your own Yoga mat, as we do not supply them, wear comfy clothes and bring an extra layer for savasana.
